Visitor's Badge
If you visit the campus between the hours of 8:30 am and 1:45  pm you will need to go through the front office to sign in as a visitor on campus and to receive a visitor's badge. You will not be permitted to be on campus or in a classroom without the badge. Beginning September 8, 2009 any visitor during this time period will be required to have ID to scan through the computer.


Transportation or
Contact Information Changes
If you have any changes in your child's transportation or contact information they need to be submitted in writing or in person to me and to the school secretary. Requests may not be made over the phone or through another person.



Illness
Please call if your child is going to be absent from school. If they are absent due to doctor or dentist appointment bring a note from the provider to keep in their file. Children must stay home if they have a fever, are vomiting, or have diarrhea, & must be symptom free for 24 hours before returning.

Lending Library
We have a lending library available on campus for parents to use to check books  and take home to read to their child. Please feel free to come by and check out books anytime.
 

Backpacks
Please make sure you put a change of clothes in your child's backpack and that their names are written in their change of clothes. Check your child's backpack each day for notes, art work, and other important information.


   

Tueday Folders
The folders contain any notes that need
to be sent home that week.  Please be
sure to read these notes and return any
paperwork that needs to be sent back to
school.  Please return folders on
Wednesday.
