After you have completed al of the modules and you have printed both the Bloodborne Pathogen and Diabetes Type 2 certificates, click on the second attachment. Part II will open and read this document.

Diabetes Staff Development Training- To complete the diabetes staff development training, click on the first attachment below. The Diabetes Management in the School Setting document will open. Read this document and print if you wish. Close. Then click on the second attachment, print the Acknowledgement of Reading Diabetes Management in the School Setting document and sign. Turn the Acknowledgement along with your Bloodborne Pathogen and Diabetes Type 2 certificates in to your campus principal or administrator.
